How can I be one of the first to get it?
Can my whole family use it?
Yes! You can add up to 10 profiles for your family members on the same account. Simply switch between profiles on the App when using it.
Can children use it? What ages?
Anyone age 12 and above can use it. We’ve designed it this way so you can monitor your permanent teeth once they grow in. The product is easy to use for different mouth sizes in this age range.
What can you tell me about my dental health?
We provide a comprehensive analysis of your teeth and gum health. This includes analysis of cavities, gum disease, gum recession, erosion, plaque buildup, and whiteness. A virtual dentist reviews your mouth and confirms your health report. We show you any problems you have, provide treatment and oral hygiene recommendations, and provide a simplified report with an easy-to-understand health score. Our goal is to make your dental health as easy and seamless as possible.
Do I still need to see a dentist?
Your local dentist is still your primary care provider for your oral health. We recommend you still visit your dentist every 6 months and when a problem occurs that needs treatment.
Can I talk with a live dentist remotely?
Yes! After receiving your health report, if you would still like to talk with a dentist you can have a videochat or phonecall with one of our remote dentists directly in the Smiletronix App.
Does your product have a warranty and return policy?
Yes, we offer a full 1 year warranty for any defects in workmanship or manufacturing of the product. Also, if you would like to return the product you can at anytime within 30 days of purchasing. You can find more details on our terms and conditions page.
